On August 15, 2024, the Vertical Flight Society SoCal Chapter hosted a Summer Seminar at the Western Museum of Flight in Torrance, CA. This event brought together aerospace professionals for an enlightening experience focused on rotorcraft technology and innovation.
Dr. Mark Tischler, founder of Tischler Aeronautics, delivered an insightful presentation on rotorcraft flight controls, highlighting key design drivers and the latest advancements in rotorcraft technology. His talk provided valuable updates for over 60 attendees from diverse aerospace companies such as Robinson Helicopter Company, Supernal, Archer, Skyryse, Odys Aviation, and more. The seminar also featured a tour of the Western Museum of Flight, offering a glimpse into aerospace history and achievements.
